Thermostats

During the wintertime, every degree you lower your thermostat will save you about 3% of your heating costs. During the summertime, every degree you raise your thermostat will cut 6% off of your cooling costs. For this reason, we offer a digital touch-screen 7-day programmable thermostat with smart technology that will help cut your heating & cooling costs. We also offer a digital 7-day programmable thermostat and a digital non-programmable thermostat. All of our thermostats come with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Air Purification/Filtration Systems
We offer an air purification system manufactured by Guardian Air that features all new RGF PHI CELL technology. It is designed to eliminate sick building syndrome risks by reducing odors, pollutants, VOC’s (chemical pollutants), smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses. The HVAC-PHI Cells are easily mounted into air conditioning and heating systems air ducts where most sick building problems start. When the HVAC system is in operation, the HVAC-PHI Cell creates an advanced oxidation process consisting of: hydroperoxides, ozonide ions, super oxide ions, UV light rays and hydroxide ions. All are friendly oxidizers, which means that they all revert back to oxygen and hydrogen after the oxidation of the pollutant. Actual lab test have shown over a 97% reduction of airborne bacteria and mold.
